Today as a wellness coach, my focus goes beyond physical fitness. I help clients build a healthy lifestyle by making nourishing food choices, managing stress, and cultivating a positive mindset.
My passion for health and fitness ignited during my time studying Kinesiology at San Diego State University. It blossomed at California Lutheran University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, specializing in Human Performance, in 2018.
Immediately after, I expanded my skillset and obtained a certification as a Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). My first professional engagement was at the renowned fitness club, Equinox, between 2018 and 2019. During this time, I had the privilege of working one-on-one with diverse individuals towards achieving their unique fitness goals.
Subsequently, I transitioned into an office environment, this expanded my perspective of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst a 9-5 work routine—a delicate balance faced by many professionals today.
Always up for a challenge, I entered the competitive arena of bikini bodybuilding in late 2020. After competing in six shows, my comprehension of nutrition, behavior change, and sustainable healthy habits has deepened considerably.
In 2024, I earned my Certified Nutrition Coach credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), enhancing my ability to provide evidence-based nutrition guidance alongside fitness programming. That same year, I trained throughout my first pregnancy and welcomed my son in December. Becoming a mom has given me invaluable firsthand experience and a deeper understanding of safe training during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding strength and confidence after childbirth.
